Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GB Cloud Red - Dual Sim Unlocked (Renewed)

My mums old S7 she's have for years packed in 2 days before Christmas. I've had a couple of renewed phones from Amazon so went shopping. This phone is perfect, immaculate condition. Mum loves is it, she's 74 and probably wished she'd bought a new ones years ago. I love samsung phones, easy to use and set up.

I bought the same phone from this seller back in 2022, was happy with my purchase then and only needed another due to one drop too many. This one much the same, maybe a bit later model, but no marks on it at all, I dropped a star due to the battery life not as good as the previous one. Nevertheless still got some charge after 18 hours. All in all, great value for money, can't complain at all

I would leave a zero star review if I could. Bought this phone 6 months ago. The screen broke within 6 weeks after a tiny fall. Paid to have it fixed and it broke again within a week. Lots of other problems occurred and it was very glitchy, so, after 4 months of problems, I decided to put it down to experience and trade it in. The shop offered me £5 for it because the battery ‘had swollen’ they showed me the evidence to prove such and it explained the problems with the screen because it was stretched so tight. I paid £150 so feel very ripped off. Final straw, dropped it on holiday and the screen went again. It’s cost me such a lot in repairs, screen covers and cases that I had enough and bought a brand new phone. I’ve bought reconditioned before and never had problems like this, would not buy off this seller again.

Okay, so, the reason I've been holding back on reviewing this product, is because my belief is, never give any electronic device five minutes before telling the world what you think. I will make this short. I bought the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE as an upgrade to my previous mobile, which was also a Samsung. The speedy delivery arrived before my new sim card from my Mobile Phone Operator did, and the set up was pretty easy, considering that one special tool you get to "Eject" the MicroSD tray can sometimes snap. It happens, don't worry. First Boot Up can be daunting, depending on which installed guide you use. For the S20 FE, the guide is simple; select your language, your country and all the rest of the basic questions and your phone does the rest - just don't forget to enter your Wi-Fi Password that opens up all the features. I have to say I went for the 128GB internal memory version, which has a 254GB additional SD storage for my music. With the size of the internal memory, updates tend to clutter and cause lag, so everything that could be transferred, I transferred it to the "External" SD card. I also went for the blue back, not that it effects the memory. Buying this over 18 months ago now, I have found no fault with this model whatsoever. The "Over-Charge" function keeps my phone from overheating or putting excessive "Over-Charging" that wares my battery down quicker. With a top end reliability tag I put on this, my consideration in buying a second S20 FE is firmly stuck in my mind. Booting up is fast - unless you have an update - it doesn't overheat when I play games for less than 40 minutes, but these are big games that need a lot of juice. Apps are good, though there are many that I either uninstalled or "STOPPED" (as far as I know to date, none of them have ever started up). And as for BIXLY I love it. All I can say is, there are some things that BIXLY doesn't know, but he sure hates SIRI. The slim, almost wafer-like build of the phone is good for Flip Phone Covers, in my opinion, as sitting on one of these would be game over and needing a new screen. The S20 FE is light, too, something that certain other phone makers seem to be working their way backwards on. But, of course, the phone being this light, it would be very easy to drop it or to have it knocked out of your hand in a crowd. As mentioned, the "Over-Charging" restriction on this phone isn't the only great feature to do with power. From Red-Zero battery power to Fully Charged, the phone takes around 50 minutes, using a 3.0 Universal Power Lead in a normal plug socket with USB adapter. This phone is amazing. I love it, but after 18 months - 2 years, I think its time to get another. As the saying goes, if it isn't broken, don't try to fix it. In this case, if your happy with the product and after this time you can get one the same, then go with your instincts, or test the water and get the upgrade. Highly recommended. One thing I have to add, and that is concerning the price of this phone. I bought it at £149 New, though it could be more, it could be less. To some people the S20 FE is a basic mobile phone, to people who own, or who have owned an S20 FE, they are very much more than basic. The HD is immersive, sound better than good through the speakers, while the quick media switching indicates it has a quick refreshing processor onboard. So, fast, efficient, reliable and a perfect gateway to the internet. With KNOX added for security, what other reassurances do you need?

Arrived within 48 hours (although I ordered it late Sunday afternoon, so really just 24 business hours). Listed as refurbished-excellent but honestly it's brand new, there isn't a single scratch on the outer casing or screen. Fully working and doesn't show any signs of internal damage either. This model is relatively old (2021 I think) so to get one in pristine condition is an extra bonus! Altogether I'm very happy with the phone.

All functions work but the screen which is obviously a replaced part was not installed correctly since dust was getting into the camera. The screen also self-destructed after a year of usage - cracked from the inside. Still works just fine though. Everything else is as expected of a refurbished product. Battery seems to have been replaced also.

I do not want to leave negative feedback, but I have no choice because I do not know how to contact the vendor. I ordered this mobile; the exterior appears excellent , but it is always hanging and the color is changing from normal to violet. When I open an application, it appears okay, but after a few seconds, it displays half of the application. If I could post a video here I will definitely post it.
