I ordered this because my previous usb to "rs232" cable didn't actually have true rs-232 voltage levels, I needed it in order to program a curtis golf-cart motor controller... As soon as I plugged in this Waveshare box, worked instantly! Windows 10 found the driver on it's own, and within mere minutes of unboxing; I was in business programming a motor controller for a local guy who had a broken down mobility scooter. The box housing seems really high quality I feel, and its heavy too which I like about it. A+ Waveshare!
