Direct replacement for OEM
I use Bussman's exclusively when it comes to control modules. It has been noted that old and brand new "cheap" fuses have more resistance than you would expect from what is essentially a short. Some auto brands are more sensitive to stable voltage than others. The WJ Grand Cherokee this went in, is indeed sensitive to stable voltage and the now well aged ECU can be damaged as a result. While I replaced all module fuses, this particular one was for the TCM, Transmission Control Module. The one it replaced was reading 8Ohms, the Bussman replacement was 0.2Ohms....
