Been loving my Adidas Adistar 4s but asked Grok what would make them even better for long standing periods and it recommended these Superfeet. I have to say they are very stiff but give great support and my feet are far less fatigued after an 8 hour standing session than without them. They were easy to cut to size and function perfectly with any shoes that you would like added support in.

I've used these for years and they are great. HOWEVER, go to a local shoe or sporting goods store and get your arch measured. Or, look online for ways to check at home. These have various arch and stiffness options based on color (orange, blue, green). These relate to how high your arch is. If you pick the wrong one, you are going to be hurting, making your issues worse.

I've been using these for years. It's a good product, with several choices so most people should be able to find a match for their feet and arches. Not that in some cases (this is my case), getting the right fit involves using a different size from your shoe size.

I went through a bunch of different insoles which didn't provide any real support and fell apart quickly. My sister bought me a pair of these and they're great. I ended up buying another set, even though the price is quite high.
