Worth every penny! Updated
Updated: I bought this in Feb 2021. I now use it as my primary means of cooking being on the carnivore diet. I no longer use my Weber at all, selling it in fact. Still easy to travel with this grill, it did take me a few tries to dial in exactly how I like my steaks. More than a year later with heavy use (5, full size propane bottles worth of cooking) ZERO ISSUES!I bought this for a good enough grill for when I travel. This was easy to assemble out of the box. I found a YouTube video and followed that; too easy. I tested the grill the first night and was amazed at how fast it heated up and it's high cooking temperature. This Martin performs better than my Weber full size grill, heats up much quicker, uses less propane and cooks better. Clean up is a breeze and this was one of the few grills this size with a warming rack. I cook on the warming rack and put a drip tray under for an easier clean up. Highly recommended this. My best friend bought this grill after our most recent trip where he saw my Martin in action.

Easy to set-up
A very good portable gas grill, it does cook quickly as the flame is close to the food however using the top rack can assist with the flame adjustment. but great for tailgating or just a quick grill when you don't want to use a larger unit

The Martin propane grill will sear a steak better than any other grill I've had.
I love the warming rack which fits well once properly put together. Instructions not clear. Removed tray from old grill and installed on this one. Could use at least one tray. Runs very hot but cover can be lifted. Lid doesn't latch. Weighs about 29lbs. A solid unit. Assembly not difficult. Cleaning not bad. A little bit pricey. No missing or damaged parts when delivered. Best cooking portable I've owned.

Grill works well
I was looking for a portable grill that I could put in my motorhome. But some of them did not have much grill space and we're expensive. My grill needed to be portable so I could use it anywhere. It would be nice to have it connected to my coach but then your stuck with it grilling only there. So i decided to look for a grill that was quality with as much grill space as the more expensive ones for a reasonable price. It has folding legs and fits easily into my coach. I like that it can go on a picnic table or on a portable table. It ignites easily has a nice grill area and heats up fast the temp when I was burning it off got to 650 degrees fairly quickly. So even with the small propane bottles it works well it has a nice grill grate and a top rack. I have used it two times so far and am well pleased. Whether you need this for yourself or a family of four it works well. You can also buy an adapter if you prefer hooking it up to a bigger propane bottle

worked great
This is my second one of these grills. We grill alot and the 1st one lasted about 2 years before the heat shield and burner rusted out. i was not able to find compatible replacements so we just bought another grill. i would buy another when the time comes again. we chose this grill because it fits the space that we have in our outdoor kitchen.

Runs hot.
I knew this would run hot, most of the reviews say so, so I cooked accordingly. Unlike other reviewers, I found the warming rack, not only easy to assemble, but very useful. I cook chicken mostly, and since this grill runs hot I use the warming rack to finish cooking once the chicken is nice and grilled on both sides. Using the warming rack to finish cooking keeps the chicken from burning and gives a great smokey flavor. It would be nice if it had a lower setting, but if you keep the lid open while grilling the meat and watch carefully when closing the lid, it's doable. For my chicken, I start it closed for 5 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook another 5 minutes, then cook uncovered for 5 more each side, then I put on the warmer and was very pleased with the results.Cleanup wasn't too bad, the grill itself and the warming rack were very easy to clean. The flame guard wasn't as easy to get the burned on residue off. Also the grease does tend to get inside the grill housing, I'm lazy, so I just left it.I used a 4' 1# to 20# hose with adapter with a 20# tank. One note, leave the top open when you light it, or you get a little boom. I didn't have the gas running long, just turned it on and hit the igniter and it popped enough to raise the lid a bit. I don't think this would be dangerous, but thought I'd share. One small negative to me was that the legs don't come with rubber feet, more of an observation than a complaint. I think something like that would help keep it from slipping, but they work the way they are for me, since I put on a cement ledge.

Works excellent. Great for camping.
This grill works great! Used for the first this past weekend on a camping trip. Fires up right away. Cooks very evenly. Easy to move around and was simply to assemble.Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a simple way to grill at a campground, tailgating or just to have smaller grill for home.Update: we’ve used this grill several times now. Still would recommend but we have noticed that we are getting a lot of flair up with this grill. The issue is that the bottom of the grill is too flat and the grease can not get out to the grease pan on the bottom. I’ve taken ours apart and cleaned it but I’m sure the issue will come back.Just an FYI.

mixed review
The legs are sharp, need to take that into consideration in setting up. I used this grill today for the first time. We got it a week ago, but had to wait for the adaptor to attach to our propane tank instead of using the small disposable bottles. When I went to open it I was surprised to see rust already starting on the bottom edge of the lid and corresponding spots on the base of the grill. Not having used it, we did have rain this week, so I will probably need to get a cover for this item. It cooks fine, gets up to temperature quickly and is easy to control.
