Base may not connect for whatever reason so can be disappointed
This product works as described however after using for the first time the mixer does not connect to the base which it makes it not compact as described so slightly disappointed

It's great. I have wasted money recently on more complex standing kitchen mixers that spin the mixture out to the sides of the bowl, and have to keep scraping it back off the sides. So I decided to revert to a hand mixer. This is lightweight, good speeds, there is more control when you are holding it yourself because you can make sure the whisks touch the bottom of the bowl so no unmixed areas .The cake really was lighter in texture when I had used this because the mixing process was better. Would definitely recommend this. Also appreciate the storage space underneath.
