FOBO bike for trike is the worlds first all Bluetooth smart advanced tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) for 3 wheelers that monitors the tire's temperature and pressure up to 600kpa (87psi). It works directly with android or iOS devices where real time readings are transmitted to for the user to browse. The user can set upper and lower thresholds of the air pressure. FOBO bike will monitor the tire pressure based on the thresholds with its smart algorithm and will provide three levels of alerts when the thresholds are breached.

A great idea, but had to send back
Returned these after running them on my Slingshot for about a week. They do impact wheel balance. I could tell they were there based on the feedback coming back off each front wheel, and noticed a slight hop in the rear end. Taking these off eliminated the issue. I didn't expect them to be so big. My other gripe is unscrewing the tops off of these to get to the battery. They are cranked on tight from the factory- I had to use a pair of pliers to twist off the top on 2 of these and was sure I messed up the plastic- but did not. The app also was clunky to use on iPhone. A great idea, but in execution at least on a Polaris Slingshot just did not work for me.

Necessary Accessory for a Trike.
Works great with some effort. I had a set previously using an IPhone and they worked great. However, I had issues with the new set that I bought for my Android Note 8. Didn't work very well. However, Tech support worked great and they made sure the next set was matched to the new software (Android 8), and they worked great the first time. Kudo's to their support. If you have issues, I'd recommend contacting them. Be aware of the time zone difference, but works fine through email.

Too intrusive of privacy to be worthwhile
In theory, this is a good idea. However, there are a number of issues to address for a successful implementation and claim to be a great product. Firstly, the unit is significantly larger than a regular valve cap. So, the valve stem must be long enough and well clear of rim and tire. Hard to know in advance without trying it. Secondly, I question the need to create an account online that requires supplying an email address, agreeing to a 12-page policy and allowing access to location services on one’s phone. This is a major intrusion of privacy in exchange for using a product that is not cheap and does not require in reality to be so intrusive to function. Even if the fitment had been ok, I would have returned the unit because of this intrusion of privacy.

So far so good
A little difficult to calibrate as you have to get your cell phone in between the spokes of my Spyder. Make sure you know what your tire pressure should be. If you set it wrong you have to start over again. With that said seems to be working well - much better than my previous Garmin ones.

never worked! .I missed me return window by a few days as I didn't try to install until this week. It would never connect to Bluetooth on my phone or my son's phone. I am willing to try another set

Great item!
Great item, works perfectly! I've been using them on my CanAm for the past 2 seasons and they've been wonderful. Probably going to order a set for my new Slingshot.

TPMS for CanAm
These handy little things work like a charm.Easiest way yet that I have found to insure that the tire pressure is where it should be for the best tire life and operating performance
