Xprite Red & Blue 16 LED High Intensity LED Law Enforcement Emergency Hazard Warning Strobe Lights for Interior Roof/Dash/Windshield with Suction Cups

I've order several of these over the years and will continue. As a reserve Deputy, I have them primarily in my truck, but the ease of movement, makes it so that if I have to use another car and get a call out I at least have these bright lights to bust through traffic. Also having the ability to change the colors works well for simple roadside emergencies.

I just got mine a few days ago and will start by echo-ing others; I was not expecting much for such a low cost light. But I was pleasantly surprised! I bought white/white and plan to attach color lenses. I will buy some colored plexiglass or something and cut to fit with a Dremel. (Due to reviews about the dim brightness of other colors. Plus I like the option to have different colors) I have NOT permanently mounted yet, but did setup during the day and they lights were BRIGHT. (Full daylight, direct sunshine) Can been seen for a long distance at night too. Solid all around construction, heavy-duty power cord. Good, sturdy switch/power plug. Plenty of cord to be able to thread out of sight. My dis-likes are the following: 1) there is no list of the flash patterns. You have to cycle thru and stare at each one to see what they are..I will try to make a decryption list of all 18 soon. 2) as mentioned by others, the bracket and removable shroud do not fit tight to the windshield, allowing distracting flash-back at night. 3) the unit does heat up a little bit if it is ON for a while. But that is to be expected. I currently have mine sitting on the dash with some double-stick tape holding it in place (might switch to Velcro). It works perfectly and because the shrould is right against the windshield there is NO flashback. I wouldn't even know it was on of I accidentally hit the switch except for the very nice built-in indicator light. I have some ideas for the bracket to allow for the shroud to sit flush with the windshield, but it will take some serious modification and additional metal pieces. Once I see how this unit holds up over time I definitely plan to buy more (rear deck and possibly side door window) -J

Update: The seller reached out immediately and went above and beyond to replace the defective lights. New ones are on their way and I couldn’t be happier with their fast and friendly customer service. I plan to order more later this week as these things are extremely bright and you can’t beat the price. Pretty sure I just got a bad batch? I received one of these as a gift recently, and with its impressive brightness and later found affordability, I decided to order 2 more, and had planned to order an additional 2 later on. ( I offer free roadside assistance in my spare time along i5 in my area, and after talking with local authorities I decided to order these in hopes cars would move over in dangerous situations ) How ever, although both lights arrived packaged very well, both lights have a couple issues. The mounting brackets for both lights were warped out of the box. Although I was able to fix this issue myself, I don’t feel I should have had to do so with a new product. In addition, the screws that came with both lights, didn’t fit, so off to the hardware store I went. And finally, one of the two lights, when placed on the steady burn pattern, has a high pitch squeal and the light is dimer than when it’s on any of the other flash patterns. Aside from the bent bracket and wrong screws the other light is bright and functions flawlessly. Really hope they will reach out to make things right, as I’m sure I just got a bad batch. If and when they do, I will post an update to this review.
