One man's trash, etc
CFast was popular for what, six months before CFexpress hit the market? Anyways, I managed to get a floor demo 1Dx MkII body for less than what a heavily-used 5d MkIV costs not too long ago and the seller left a rather generous CFast card in the device which sort of made up for the battery being almost completely dead (LP-E19's are not only hard to find, but very expensive unless you live in Japan). While I work on an m.2 mod that has me doing quite a bit of leg work, this adapter is one of those niche items that you wish could multi-task but does the job it's meant to do. It comes with a very proprietary cable that I hadn't seen in years and is probably worth more than the adapter itself. Sometimes these things comes without the cable and that tends to blanch my beans (looking at you, Sigma dock).

Glad I bought this reader. I have 4 other transcend readers and they all work excellent. Highly recommend them. :)

A Must for CFast Card Owners
If you have a device that saves data to a CFast card this is a must have accessory for your PC or laptop. As most computers no longer have card readers you have to buy this device or one like it to get data from a CFast card to your internal or external drive(s). This device has a simple plug and play interface which makes it easy to setup and use. I recommend this for anyone with a CFast card.

A parte il packaging spartano e plasticoso, il dispositivo si comporta davvero bene: piccolo, funzionale, veloce. E' stato testato su un vecchio Mac OSX Lion e CFAST Komputerbay 256 Gb. Accessorio indispensabile per chi (come me) possiede una BMPCC che come è noto, non è in grado di eliminare il girato in macchina. Ora con Transcend è possibile farlo collegandolo al computer ed eliminando direttamente i file sulla CFAST. Semplicemente Perfetto.
