Good quality product
had some fire pits installed about two years ago, and they’ve held up really well—especially through the wet season. No noticeable rusting, and they still work great. Solid quality and definitely built to last!

Works out of the box
Picture isn't the best since I have a cover on it, but the system works as advertised. The instructions are 75% usable. If your electric start isn't working efficiently, switch the wires around. The instructions say to connect the ground and second wire to the correct place, but I see no markings on the teo slots to know which is which. When testing the system, the electric starter clicked for any configuration, but only successfully lights with the "right" configuration. I'm curious to see how this holds up over time

Happy with product and despatch to England. Slight issue with igniter sometimes not working but as its cheaper than most not a big deal. I would recommend to friends.

Sleek, looks great!
We built a fire table for our back deck. It turned out great! All the compnents come with it. I ordered tri colored fire glass for the pan insert. Great ambience.

Natural gas
What exactly so you have to buy to convert to natural gas and where do I get it. Looks great, hopefully it works as good as it looks

Very nice fire pit pan for a DIY project
Very good quality and very easy to assemble...i installed this pan on a butchers block countertop i got from Lowe's..i cut out the middle and inserted the pan..i also purchased the glass on Amazon and the fire glass rocks...very good DIY project..and also very good customer service..

Has turned problematic ever since. Needs higher quality parts.

Firepit man
Well built worked great and was worth the money… the ignitor did not work out of the box. I would have given it a five but my customer was not happy that they needed to use a lighter to light the firepit.
