Gets QUITE hot, actually! Be careful to use a cloth or paper towels in between the pack and the skin. In some other reviews they touted that the packs were hard to "pop", but I haven't had an issue with that. No duds, either. 100% success so far! You won't be disappointed.

These hot compresses are wonderful, super warm, and last much longer then stated. I first started using them while in the hospital. They provided warmth for me nerve, tingling right arm. The warmth calmed it down to a more tolerable level. For the amount of packs provided it’s definitely worth the value. Much more than ur CVS/Walgreen hot wraps brand. These don’t wrap or stick on but u can purchase a separate sleeve as an accommodation to make it work. Overall great product at a great price. Dealer is an A+ seller as well. The item is not fulfilled through Amazon however he makes sure it arrives within a 2 DAY timeframe as if it was through Prime.

These hot packs worked well and were a good value for the money. Out of the entire batch, only one was defective. They were easy to squeeze, and the heat lasted for several hours. (probably because I did have them covered by a blanket when I was using them to keep the heat in) I would definitely order these again if necessary.

Did not get very hot, and cooled off quickly. Would not recommend.

I docked a star because they can be EXTREMELY difficult to pop. I wish there was an easier way, maybe someone knows a trick on how to get it to work. They stay warm for about 30 minutes and are great to take places where you don’t have an outlet or are traveling. It’s a pretty good size compared to some other instant hot packs, and it’s easy to tell which ones have already been used and which ones are still good. Definitely worth having, especially if you always have cold extremities. They work exactly how described and I’m glad amazon has these!

The heat packs work extremely well; they are easy to open in comparison to CVS cold packs I also recently purchased. They get very warm and last for a considerable amount of time. This is a similar company to a heat pack I received at a medical institution. There are a host of different brands / types of heat packs on Amazon, I'd recommend this one in comparison to others.

I had forgotten I had bought a box of these and kept it in my vehicles trunk! Several months had gone by and one day I needed one of these packs for my aching back. I figured that the heat exposure in my vehicles trunk totally damaged this product, but I was dead wrong! Not only did it work right away, it lasted for what seemed hours! Highly recommend this product if you are looking for a warming of aching muscles or lower back!

Had a couple of these at the hospital and thought it would be a great addition for at home use for recovery. Easy to use, no leakage, gets hot enough to comfort and soothe sore areas. It's the perfect size and light weight for use after surgery. So far all of the packs have worked.

Its not 6x9 despite what the headl8ne says. Its only 5x7 and for the price charged? Ridiculous.
