I ordered some organza fabric with snowflake pattern to add to my daughters Elsa dress but I noticed that its fraying bad at the bottom will this help seal the ends to prevent it from fraying any worse and from falling completely apart?

Get "Fray Check" made by Dritz, (link below) it is clear and will not leave white "gunk" on the fabric and will definitely help with the fraying issue. Also cutting with pinking shears will help some with the fraying. I do not like any brand except Fray Check I actually returned the Aleene's Stop Fraying that I bought because it left a white gunky film on the fabric that I could not remove, so I was very unhappy with the product. Fray check dries clear and goes on clear but be sure to place a piece of cardboard or something under the fabric when you put on or it will bleed onto the surface on which the fabric is lying. Does this leave a mark on the fabric? I’ve tried Fray check but it leaves what looks like a water mark.

I did forget to mention in my response that it leaves no "watermark"--or any mark. It dries absolutely clear. And it's not sticky when it dries.

applique for first time and already fused my fabrics without basting, will this be clear and strong enough to go along outter edge of applique??

I actually returned the Aleen's Fray Stop product because it was pasty white, thick and left a white residue on the cotton fabric I put it on and the fabric became very stiff too. I have gone back to using only Dritz Fray Check, which they sell on Amazon and at sewing stores. It is a clear product that dries clear on the fabrics I have used it on, and the fabric has it's pretty much normal texture when it dries. Be sure to put a piece of cardboard under your fabric when putting on the Fray Check because it can bleed through the fabric and leave a film on whatever surface you are working on. I am not sure why you would need a fray check product though, if you already ironed a fusible interfacing like Wonder Under or Press & Steam to your appliqué and the project you are working on because I believe the interfacing should stop the fabric from fraying. I am not sure how well the interfacing holds up after washing, so that might be a reason to put on Fray Check. I have not done a lot of appliqué projects on items that will be washed a lot, mostly only pillows tops that aren't washed much, and I satin stitched around the appliqué, so don't anticipate the appliqué fraying.
