I am salt and pepper wanting to go all salt. I probably could have just used a toner and had a pearl look but I used a powder product from the local beauty chain and while it worked, it burned and left my hair feeling like hay when I washed it. It was also more brassy than I intended because I was lifting the dark hair that hasn't turned gray. I found this product and gave it a try. I just used a second time and I can't believe how gentle it is. It lifted the brassiness and left my hair soft. I was able to wash it without adding conditioner. I'm here to get more because I'm still lifting the dark as it grows in. I didn't think I would but this product makes it easy to have the white hair.

I’m seriously impressed with Clairol Kaleidocolors Violet Powder Lightener! This photo shows my result right after bleaching — and I didn’t even use a toner. The violet formula really helped cancel out brassiness while lifting, and my hair came out a clean, bright blonde instead of the usual yellow. The powder mixed smoothly, applied evenly, and lifted my hair much faster than other bleaches I’ve tried. My hair still feels surprisingly soft and not overly damaged, which is always my biggest concern when lightening. If you’re trying to get to a pale blonde and want something that helps control warm tones during the process, this stuff definitely delivers. I’m honestly shocked how light it got in one go without toner. Highly recommend — this will be my go-to bleach from now on.

I never leave reviews but I had to leave one for this bleach. I accidentally bought the wrong type of bleach, only realizing it after when I got it.. my hair was dyed black box dye very recently so I wasn't expecting much lift but it did lift the black out using 30vol. I was very impressed and surprised with the results. My hair afterwards felt dry but it's bleach, what do you expect? Lol. I would recommend.

My son dyes his hair all colours but usually green in the past year. He needs this to bleach it out first and it works every time. I got it for him for Christmas
