Yes they clump together but you just shake the bottle prior to opening each time and they separate easily! My husband couldn't tolerate (g.i. side effects) the prescribed from pharmacy medication because it contains lanolin. These have been amazing for him, his levels are much better, he doesn't have side effects, & they're much easier to invest ♡

I love that you get an entire years worth of capsules for an affordable price. I have not yet re-checked my vitamin D levels, but I think since taking it my moods have been improving!
