Nice size. Froze for a couple of day to ensure they were solid. Used inside insulated cooler to bring frozen items across country in checked luggage. About nine hours total, they were cold but not frozen when I arrived. Have used for shorter durations since then, and they work great. But four stars since they aren't as long lasting as they claim.

Great packs! They keep the food cold over half the day which is perfect for lunches. Easy to pop in the freezer, but can get crinkles and crazy looking if they don’t lay flat.

They stay cold for a long time. I use one under my plastic containers in a typical insulated lunch bag (on the thinner side) and my food has been safe for lunch after 6ish hours. Been using for a few weeks now. The plastic feels durable (thick) so I expect it to last a long time.
