Well made. Works great! Love!
I cannot believe I paid approximately $100 for a waffle maker. And more importantly, would say that it is worth every penny! I love this thing!! I have used it for several months now and have found: It heats well/ fairly quickly, cooks well-you really can get crispy and soft waffles at the same time (setting 4), doesn’t stick (use a bit of butter on both the top and bottom), and notifies you with a loud beep when it is done cooking. Plus it cooks 2 waffles simultaneously. At my house we have pretty much given up pancakes for waffles because of this machine and how easy it is to operate and clean (plates do not come off; I use a damp rag to clean) and because of how quickly we can get the waffles done. I know-$100 is a lot to pay for a product that only does one thing (makes waffles). But in my opinion it is definitely worth it. If you have used a Belgium waffle maker at a hotel breakfast, this is very similar(if not identical) to that. The waffles that you make on this machine come out like the ones you make at the hotels (or order at a restaurant). You just need to experiment with what type of waffle mix to use/make.

A very nice waffle maker
Pros: Easy to set up; easy to operate. Starts making waffles quickly and does a really good job. So much better than my first waffle maker where I had to guess if the waffle was done by the amount of steam produced. The temperature control is 5 different settings indicated by how many lights are lit up. Actual temperature is not presented -- much like run of the mill toaster settings. Cooks edge to edge. Had to experiment with different temps for different mixes. I use only box mixes (yeah, I have shame but I'm lazy too) and my altitude is pretty high so any suggested temperature on the control is a mere recommendation. Cooking plates are truly non-stick but I've seen this coating many times (it's not Teflon) and metal utensils should be avoided at all cost. I use a silicone spatula and that's enough. Con: Cleanup is not a snap since the cooking plates can't be removed. Getting all of the little broken cooked batter bits, moisture, and oil wiped out takes some time if you don't want to leave it for the next use. Informational: It's quite a bit bigger than a toaster (even bigger than my old waffle maker) and my counterspace real estate is not unlimited, so mine goes into a cabinet and eats a lot of space there. I wouldn't consider going back to a flat waffle griddle or my old inconvenient waffle maker, but if you're limited on counter AND cabinet space a luxury appliance like this may beg reconsideration.

Best waffle maker
Originally I bought the ninja and returned it because it sucked, this one is wayyyyyy better makes Waffles really fast really easy to use. The best treat when we have a big cousin slumber party to make everyone Waffles. The size is pretty big and it's intimidating to clean but it wipes up very easy

Works very well. We are pleased with the waffles cooked in our Cuisinart waffle maker. The flip feature which allows for cooking two at a time is very convient.

Should have 6 stars - Best waffle maker ever
Had one for 15 years - made thousands of waffles - has a beeper so you don't have to watch the light Love this double flip waffle maker, It served us for 15 years, Thousands of waffles came off its grill, All smiles and never tears. It has a ready beeper, You don't have to watch the light, So you can go and do other things, While it cooks with all its might! Adjust the doneness easily, Flips without a bother, A handy cup to measure it out, Is it a wonder we bought another? The cook time goes by pretty fast, It's really easy to clean, It stores in any cupboard, Cause it's style is super clean.

Perfect waffles!
Love this two at a time waffle maker. It makes great waffles. However, it is definitely not as sturdily built as the previous Waring models (same company). They’ve cut some corners with this model. Mainly the lever temperature control. It’s difficult to get precise temperature and the lever is very loose unlike the dial on our old Waring Pro. The whole machine just feels less stable. The measuring cup is not as nice and the little tray to catch overflow is thinner and a bit flimsy. Overall we’re happy with it, but it’s all in the details.

Best waffle maker available to home market
Best waffle maker available for home use, hands down. Flip design solves the under/overfilling problem of non-flip designs. With a non-flip waffle maker, if you don't put in enough batter you have gaps, but too much and the batter oozes out. With the flip design, a simple flip coats upper and lower plates, so you get a perfect Belgian waffle even if your batter measurement isn't super precise. This particular model can make two big Belgian waffles at once, so it's perfect for high-volume brunches (family reunions, brunch with friends, or just a big or hungry family). Waffles come out perfect every time. This latest model of the classic Waring design has some welcome improvements, including a drip tray to make cleaning easier (even a flip design can drip occasionally) and a better hinge design that hides and protects the electrical cords. Simple but good improvements on a classic design. This flip waffle maker works way better than my fancy gourmet waffle maker that I bought at a gourmet shop for 2-3x the price. If you like Belgian waffles, and want them to come out perfectly every time with less effort, go with this Cuisinart (previously Waring) design. There's a reason restaurants and hotels use this design.

Not really non-stick AND messier than ever despite the addition of a small plate! Need a LOT of oil or spray to make the waffle somewhat retrievable in one piece! Clean up is OILY! Disappointed!! Given the price, expected way more. It's no better than the same model we have owned for a number of years. We end up making small waffles on our little DASH single waffle maker - quick, non-stick and perfect results!
