Staple Of My Diet - Magical Flavor and Very Gentle Form of Sugar (Coconut)
Not only are these cookies my favorite, not-too-sweet flavor, and delightful crunchy texture, but With severe hypoglycemia I often have to eat sugar when I don't want to, and these cookies are the absolute least intrusive form of sugar I've found. No jarring sugar effects. Coconut sugar must be a very good kind. And not too much. With their subtle, blended-flavors flavor, I did not fall in love at first bite - it took maybe 3 times to be hooked-4-lyf - Get to know them! Read the ingredients - there are so many good things in these cookies, it must have been quite the adventure to get them to all blend so heavenly. They're almost a meal in themselves. If you want a little sweeter, get their Wedding Cookies. Almost the same thing but with a delightful frosting. Another blessing for Celiacs. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!! All siete of you!

I could not love these cookies more! I do not buy these because they are gluten free. I buy these because they are the most delicious little treat without being full of sugar, (and no artificial sweeteners). They are made with the best ingredients. I eat almost no prepared/processed food but I will happily eat these.

Very very good
This is the first time I had to purchase gluten-free anything because of my stomach problem. I miss my sweets so I decided to try a couple of gluten-free cookie packages. The Mexican shortbread is one of the first that I tried and have to tell you they are very very good they’re crunchy. They’re very tasty and they have a nice little kick to him actually I would’ve never known they were gluten-free if I didn’t know good job!

Delicious!
I usually never buy cookies but bake them instead. Mexican shortbread is one of our favorites. I tried the Siete brand of tortillas and tortilla chips from Costco, and we really liked them so I thought I'd give these cookies a try to take on a trip/convenience. They were a real hit with everyone who tried them, and they even took a photo so they could remember to purchase for themselves. I like them because they're made with almond flour instead of white flour, and they're not too sweet like most cookies are. Warning: it's hard not to eat the entire bag!

People have different tastes
These taste nothing like shortbread. Heavy spiced flavor. Leaves gritty feeling in my mouth. Some people might like them but not for me. Shipped quickly. Tiny cookies.

So good the whole family loves them.
Siete products are great for those of us who can't eat wheat. There is no chance of cross contamination and they all taste wonderful. I especially like these and have to hide them from the rest of the family before they eat them all.
