Silly/Happy desk top toy.
Hilarious! The plug in power adapter is essential for getting the figure to stand upright, and fall over, again and again. I tried batteries and they just aren’t powerful enough. I should note, two issues, it’s a little noisy, and it will move around a bit. I used dbl sided sticky foam to hold it in place.

Whimsical but less fluid than expected
Great stocking stuffer - cute little book on the history of these wavy tube guys (and gals). Need a 9V battery, which wasn't clear at time of purchase. Anyway, the fan is exposed - watch little fingers - and the wavy gal just stands up right, not moving like the ones you see when you're out and about.

Love this thing. People we have gifted the item to use it to remind themselves to try to be less tense, to be flexible. Besides, it's just fund to have a personal version of the iconic gas station waving man.

Limp Biscuit
The fan is not strong enough so the inflatable part goes limp after only a few seconds. Wish I had tested it before the return window closed. Nice concept though.

Added some fun to my wife's desk
I had an old AC adapter that I plugged into it and it works fine. It does get stuck on its side sometimes and you need to flip it to get it back up. For $9 it was a fun little gift. Does anyone know what the little plastic 2" sleeve that was included in the box is for?

Det medföljer ingen sladd, och har du ingen egen transformator så måste den drivas med ett nio voltsbatteri. Och då fungerar den väldigt svagt. Det blev en retur.

I've always been obsessed with these tube things going past the car dealerships. What more could I ask for by having my own miniature one Imagine my delight when I saw it for sale in Amazon! You bet that was an 'add to cart' moment! It literally arrived 15 minutes ago and I am absolutely delighted with it It does get stuck occasionally but a small tap will get her going again I used a power cable I already had and worked perfectly out of the box Bonus was the cute little booklet!
