I found this exact same product at dollar tree for literally only $1. Is there a difference in the quality because the price is so different?

Feb.19.23 just purchased at the Dollar Tree today and the ingredients are definitely different. No peptides :/ I am not much a chemist or scientist but I think those are key ingredients?. Oh well. Guess for a $1 you aren’t going to get much.

Is this serum used before or after moisturizer? Or does it replace moisturizer?

This serum is normally used before moisturizer. The best way to incorporate this product to your day or night routine is: cleanser, toner, serum, moisturizer and finally, sunscreen (if AM).

I can’t find the website. Tried the one on the bottle and it said it doesn’t exist.. Do you know?
