What’s the main difference between pro and fit?

Our FIT has been slimmed down from the PRO for an Ultra-Sleek Fit. Our Versa Gripps® FIT Authentic is perfect for athletes with smaller hands as it is designed for a customized fit. The exclusive non-slip grip material is shorter in length than the PRO Series and designed with a 1 inch narrow wrist strap. If you have bigger hands or if you are deadlifting over 200lbs the 1 1/2 inch wrist strap on the PRO Series will distribute the weight more evenly around your wrist.

I am female and usually wear size medium gloves. Would the M/L fit or wld a small be better?

I'll respond according to my personal experience. Hope this helps. I went to the Versa Gripps website and measured my wrists according to their instructions. My wrist size fell in the medium range. So I ordered medium Versa Gripp Pros. When I got them, they fit. However, I did not like the amount of excessive strap overlap when I put them on. So, I opted to return them and reorder a smaller size. Size small. They now fit exactly how I desire...perfect!! I've never worn gloves, so I'm unable to give you any advice on that portion of your question. Sorry. But Versa Gripps is great about returns. When this happened to me. I just reorderd the smaller size (before returning the previous one's I ordered, so I could get the order on the way, versus returning and than reordering once refunded) and then sent the larger one's back. Amazon doesn't allow for exchanges according to Versa Gripps. Happy training.

My wrist is 6.5 inches. Should I get an xs or small?

Versa Gripps are ergonomically designed to fit snug, but not tight around your wrists. When properly fit, the use is able to easily turn them to the back of their hand when they are not being used. They are not designed to fit tightly around the wrist while doing a pulling exercise. Versa Gripps will not strangle nor damage the hands or wrists. They will not restrict blood flow, movement or damage nerves. Versa Gripps provide a secure hold onto the weightlifting bar. Versa Gripps are designed to fit securely (not tightly) around the base of the weightlifters hand. If you would like your Versa Gripps to fit a little tigher around your wrist I would recommend a size Small, however if you want them to fit a little more loose, I would recommend a size Regular/Large.
