Using several times a day per one of Dr. Sarah Myhill's protocols for better respiratory function....with Lugols in addition to the salt....

The salt in my order was not in the 2 sealed bags as described. But rather, in a regular mid-sized zip-lock bag ...and one side of the bag was opened! Anyone could have put their hands on the salt and transferred it into this zip-lock bag...maybe someone with Covid...who knows! Don't they know we're in the middle of a Pandemic...and this salt is what I'm supposed to breathe in! So, the Integrity of the salt has been compromised. I will keep the container, throw-out the salt, and go to Burlington and purchase sealed Himalayan Salt.

Works pretty well - easy to use I think it helps

Absolute gimmick does not work. Has these gigantic pinhead sized crystals that don’t dissolve. It’s laughable that anybody would think this would work.
