Very sharp!
Wonderful knife! Very sharp and light weight. I've always used cheap store brand knives. This is my first professional chefs knife. Right out of the gate I cut up a tomato, onion, and green pepper. Very impressed with the quality of the cuts. It didn't tear the tomato skin or leave choppy cut onion pieces. Perfect cuts every time! Setting the knife down I just barely skimmed the edge of my finger and cut it right open. User error, obviously, but learned real quick just how sharp this knife is. Well worth the money! Highly recommend

料理人の旦那さんに。包丁を使う時の、力の入れ方。刃の重みもうまく使って切る。引いて。刻んで。この大きな包丁でどうしてニンニクのみじん切りをするのか謎だったけど、使っている本人はこれがいい。だそうです。

Extremely sharp
Excellent knife, accidentally sliced my finger without any effort. Besides that, it cuts food really well. The sharping tool that came with it is a huge plus

A lot of knives loose their sharpness shortly after purchasing them but not this one.
