Not a powder at all
All Seabuckthorn has seeds and these berries are coarsely ground up with sharp jagged seeds. Not a powder at all! I let it sit in boiling water and sipped it. Good flavor, but very gritty with the very jagged sharp seed bits that felt caught in my throat. Not a good feeling and difficult to get them out of my throat. This would product would only work using inside a tea bag.
