I've been using this for 3 years (2 capsules in the morning) and i can tell a big difference in energy level if i miss a few days. I've been researching holistic solutions for many years, and i can tell you this is a remarkable formulation. 1. It uses highly bioavailable forms of nutrients. 2. Although i bought this as a B-complex supplement, it is LOADED with other fantastic nutrients 3. It's gentle on the stomach 4. It's a great value, especially on subscription.

What a great product! We wouldn’t be without Paradise Herbs Blend B-Complex as it’s Methylated which is far superior to run of the mill vitamin B products PLUS….. it’s derived from Food rather than synthetic chemicals! Great Stuff for a Great Price! And the size due to taking two encapsulated rather than one “horse tablet” is very easy to swallow. Thank, Amazon, for making this product available. It remains in my Subscriber and Save.
