What do you mean this product is buildable?

Buildable coverage means that you can customise your foundation coverage as you see fit: sheer, medium to full. We recommend using (per half of face) 1 drop for sheer coverage, 2 for medium coverage and 3 for full coverage.

How should I apply this?

Some people will drip/drop the product directly onto their face for more accurate "dosing"; you may also drop into hands for manual application. To get the most out of your product, apply directly to skin and then buff/blend with a brush.
