This iron supplement is the best one I have ever taken. It gives you energy and you start to feel better within a few days. Great taste and easy to take. I would recommend

The best iron supplement there is. No side effects, no irritation on the bowels. Dr recommended a long time ago due to anaemia and I still use it on and off. The taste isn't the worse it has an apple taste with a little metallic aftertaste, as someone that's not a fan of apple it is drinkable for the benefit.

Something I would have never tried without my girlfriend getting me to use these. I now take this item regularly. It tastes quite decent too. Easily soluable in water. It gives me a decent boost to my energy levels and my girlfriend swears by it to help here with her periods. I find it works one her energy levels and mood. Strongly recommend this product as part of a routine since iron deficiency is a problem for most.

Yes! Excellent and effective, fast working. In a month can be goid results in 2 months top wack but we are all differenr.easy to absorb but sweet so oral increase care might help but well reccommended for effectiveness. Too high priced. 28 sachets at £5.00 to £7 would be much better value.
