So between ibs and bupropion, i admittedly have more gad than id like to admit. When i started eating chickpeas, this turned into a nightmare. When i take these as i eat beans or chickpeas, i have no gas. Literally less gas than i had even before eating beans and chickpeas. The first day i took these, i had 2 chickpea burritos. I was prepared for gas, but hopeful there would be at least less. The next day, no gas. At all. This stuff is amazing.

I have IBS and these help with certain foods beans being the worst and onions. They are not 100% but soften the gas and bloating from many foods. Also they seem to work better if you use them daily.
