I’ll be honest and say I didn’t know much about guggul when I ordered this product. I was dealing with some issues “Bart cyst” and was told that this would help. I ended up getting it after i had it drained and I feel that this supplement has been keeping the bart under control. I haven’t had many issues with it. I just need it to stay calm until I can afford the CO2 treatment. The plus is that is has cleared all my hormonal acne on my face. This supplement provides an energy boost and had slightly helped my period cramps. This is honestly one of the few things that I have reordered and will continue to order past the healing of my Bart just for the acne benefits.

One of the supplements in my routine that seems to help with my acne. Studies show that this has similar effect to Tetracycline, taken twice a day, 500mg each, up to six months. I have been taking this about two weeks twice a day and my skin improved a lot. I have not tried Tetracycline, but Doxycycline didn't do anything for me. I haven't had my levels checked, but I do have some of the low thyroid symptoms, so maybe that's why this works good on me. Some reviews mentioned they had bad reactions to this, but I take this after meals and no unwanted reactions whatsoever. Other things I'm taking are Inositol and Spearmint for balancing hormones (I'm a woman in my early twenties), liquid vitamin A, liquid vitamin D, and probiotics.
