I take this to keep shingles at bay along with another vitamin. Easy to swallow and started taking it when I got shingles for the second time three years ago. No shingles since. Olive is supposed to be great for a lot so I’m sure I’m benefiting!

I have taken these for 3 months, I’m a teacher so I want to be healthy for my job however I got Covid the first week school started so I was surprised these weren’t a preventative and didn’t help with my upper respiratory issues like other brands have but what I did notice was that it helped with focus and concentration.
