It works
So far so good with those who say it is smelly well yes it’s a cleaner and you should be diluting it with water it says on the bottle 1 part solution up to 5 parts water. It has a windex smell. My coils were not filthy or gunky but it seems to have removed the odor that I was smelling. So in short it works and smells like a cleaner

works as described
Works as described, cleaned a 20 year old condenser just fine.

DIY HVAC Condenser Cleaning
Recommended by ChatGPT and does the job of cleaning our condenser coils (along with a gentle rinse using our garden hose) on our heat pump. I’ll be using this about once a month now. Way better than paying overpriced condenser coil cleaning fees. Don’t forget to dilute 5:1.

Effective and Quick
Moved into a home with a terribly dirty condenser coil. The unit looked to have never been cleaned and had a very thick build up of dirt and animal hair all over. With some gentle pressure and this product, the unit looks and works good as new now. The fumes were acceptable for a product of this nature, but be careful not to breathe them in.

Works but not safe to use inside.
This certainly cleans but as others have said I will never clean an ac inside again. It took 3 days to air out the room and I’m still a little worried about the fumes.

Works better than expected!
Used for standup AC! Coils could not be reached with a brush and had 4 years worth of dirt, couldn't even see through the dust. Mixed at a 5:1 ratio sprayed entire bottle. Decided to do a second bottle, SECOND BOTTLE WAS NOT NEEDED! I rinsed the coils with water do to all the foam to get water to run clear. When finished the coils looked like new with no scrubbing. One bottle will provide many cleanings I will do this at the end of each season and one application will be plenty. Will buy again!

I suppose it works.
I wanted a coil cleaner for my condensers outside that I could hook to a garden hose sprayer. I also wanted something that wouldn't foam (or at least minimally did so) since I've gotten canned coil cleaner (which cost more and only does one unit!) and they all foamed up before hitting the coils and I don't feel they got good penetration into the coils and just sat on the surface. It frothed up a little but no more than any light soapy solution. Had a typical all-purpose cleaner scent to it. I used it on two units that had light dirty on them, so I can't say how well it'd do for a more dirty unit, but I did see a bit of mud getting washed out of the coils. Could probably get at 4 or 5 units cleaned with one bottle. Next time I might go and put it in a garden sprayer to get a more even concentration.

Easy to use and works well
It was my first time trying to clean the coils in our standing air conditioner, so I wasn't sure what to expect. This cleaner is easy to use and works really well. The odor isn't too bad, kind of smells like window cleaner and didnt bother my sinuses or give me a headache. You spray it on and let it sit a few minutes and all the dirt and dust buildup falls right off.
