Will it fit a 4” stencil?

Good question. My brother made me some stencils that are only 5" X 5" - too small to stay in place. I took some cardstock and cut a 5.5" x 5.5" frame with an opening just a bit smaller than my stencil. I use some easy to remove tape to hold the stencil on the frame and then put it on the Genie.

It holds a 5.5 X 5.5 inch stencil.

The Stencil Genie is roughly 5.5" square. Your stencil needs to be at least a bit more than 5" square for the magnets to hold it in place. There are two depths. The shallower depth is 1/4" deep; the deeper is 3/4" deep. Keep in mind that if you are icing your cookie, it will add to the height. I use the 3/4" depth for cookies cut at 1/4" thickness.

What are the two thicknesses of cookie this works with?

I believe it’s 3/8” and 1/4”.
