Will this work for metal stamping? My bits are not perfectly round but look like they could fit inside the machine.

Yes but my machine didn’t came with the stomping board I have to buy it separately (sad)

I am looking for a tool to imprint initials into leather horse equipment such as bridles etc. Does this matchine come with a full alphabet?

No. However you can order heat imprint letters and the tool to hold them. Just when you do make sure you order it as a set. I purchased the tool first and now I’m having a terrible time looking for letters to fit it. Good luck!

Can you attach a leather chisel or irons to make holes with this machine?

Mine has a chuck like on a drill press. So anything with a round shank that will fit it should work. Ive used mine to make stitching holes and to press in some rivets when i couldnt hammer without making my neighbors irate.

Could this be used as a press for cutting dies?

I feel that it could be used with cutting stamps. Its a solid little machine.
