Useless item.
Useless item. The ring is so small it wont fit a normal size bulb. and you cant even use any normal broom's stick. i'm not sure where this 5 stars reviews comming from

Handy to have
Works as advertised, and helped in reaching for too high to reach light bulbs. The only negative thing is that base diameter is smaller than the usual broom stick.

Works well for high ceilings. But remember to also buy a pole or extender as this is not included.

Only main problem is it does not fit in normal stick, base hole of product is little small as such in normal stick available in market this product does not fit. This is the only issue. Otherwise product is good.

Bayco LBC-100 Standard Incandescent Bulb Changer This product works very well. I have used it in high places and in very tight places. This product solved all my problems. For high places I attach a broom stick to the adapter and easily remove light bulbs 10 feet in the air. The grip is fantastic. Also, I use it in tight places where it is most difficult to grip the light bulb and there is a high potential of breaking the bulb because you have to use excessive pressure in order to grip the bulb. It is so tight you cannot wear gloves for protection if the light bulb breaks. This product worked perfectly with no danger of breaking the bulb on top of making it so easy to remove it. In closing, the product is well designed and well built. I have been using it for @ 6 months and plan on using it whenever I change a light bulb. I believe you will be pleased with your purchase.

This product is a good idea but unfortunately it didn't work for me. It is also very expensive - £15 for a piece of plastic and a bit of metal threaded through - you have to either buy a pole separately or spend a further £20 for the matching pole just to change a light bulb that will probably only need replacing every 6 years or so ...! I bought it out of desperation because the lightbulb on my stairs has blown. It did fit to the separate pole I had to purchase but when I reached up to change the bulb, because it just dangles on a piece of flex, all it was doing was bending the flex wire. It will cost me too much more to return the product and I will just have to use a torch on the stairs in the dark for ever more.
