Ball looks used. Went with match ball instead of practice figuring it would be higher quality due to higher price. I was wrong. Either ima boot this thing you feel me

Initial impressions...hard ball...very grippy...doesn't kick well. More a practice ball.
Hard, very hard. Flight is not good on kicks. Maybe seconds sold on amazon. Good for practice. Definitely not match quality.

Poor quality and durability
I've bought several Gilbert rugby balls over the years and at least 50% of them arrive punctured. This one was no exception. The other 50% develop punctures within a few days. Quality and durability are really lacking.

Did not last
Noticed when airing it up that air leaked from the ends. I used glue to stop the leak but only worked for one kick and started leaking again.

a really grippy ball, excellent quality as you would expect from gilbert pricey but will last for meany years. 10 out of 10.

These do not have match balls written on them so we couldn't use them for what we needed. They were gilbert and the balls themselves were fine, but again we couldn't use them for matches as they didn't have this written on them.
