Blueberry

(I partnered with Bio-K Plus in exchange for this honest review) I have always been a fan of supporting a healthy gut with a probiotic, but have spent years trying different brands, never really sure I was getting what was promised. I love that this product is drinkable, and it’s tasty! I have absolutely noticed a difference when I drink it everyday. A six pack of bottles may not seem like a worthy investment, but the daily serving is between 1/4 to a whole bottle, so they can last quite a while! I have been enjoying it daily both on its own and mixed into my breakfast smoothie. I really love that it’s vegan and organic, so far so good!

It’s the only probiotic I’ve ever used that did anything for me. Chronic sufferers of IBS for 12 years and this stuff cured me. It’s not cheap and shouldn’t be. This is a class above the rest in every aspect. Works instantly. Cured food poisoning for me on several occasions as well as minor colds and flus. Absolute essential in my household. If you’re picky about flavor, get the strawberry or mango. I always go rice, but it’s not for everyone!

I like the non dairy product, I accidentally bought the vanilla and complained to the Canadian company it was lumpy like yogurt and they said its supposed to be like that its a dairy product, the others are smooth nice quoffable drinks especially the blueberry, I never checked how they make them so sweet, you might want to know that. I think one of the best ways to get the good bacteria into the system, take it on an empty stomach I think. I'm not a doctor.

I don't care for the rice after taste but still drink it medicinally

I love that this product is drinkable and has a fruity flavor and it doesn’t effect the taste of my smoothies. Both myself and my husband (who has IBS issue) have noticed a difference when we drink it everyday. It being organic and vegan just really makes it a win for our entire family because two of our kids have dairy allergies.

I received a sour milk batch. This is not edible at all. I was told this is good stuff and yet i opened one and it smelled like sour milk, so i tasted it any way and OMG it was like drinking curdled sour milk. It took 3 days to get to me and the ice pack wasnt that cold or icy so i imagine it spoiled during transit. I am waiting to hear from them for a refund, they can have it back, only opened 1 of them.

This product has made a noticeable change in my life and for that I am very appreciative . I'm afraid I don't know allot about the pricing of pro- biotics but this products price seems high to me . I received my latest supply and it was warm and although Bio-K assures me that it will be fine it is a little disconcerting . I do thank you for an excellent product .

This product is very palatable, it serves to regulate, balance bacteria’s in the system effectively. If you have been on antibiotics I recommend this brand. I’m gluten free, so rice Is the way to go. It’s expensive, but you might need certainty after big doses of Antibiotics.
