I have back pain on and off and in different places in my lower back. I'm too old to do the things I used to do 20-30 years ago, but I do those things anyway. I'm not sure what I did to my back several weeks ago, but my pain has been ever-present for around 10 weeks. I have an inversion table that typically does the trick, but not this time. I was out of options and ideas, then I saw this. I've been using the lumbar support pillow for about 4 days now. The pain in my back has diminished substantially. The front casters of my office chair will fall off the front edge of my chair mat if I move too far forward. Using this lumbar support, that's actually good as it locks my chair in place allowing for more pressure against my lower back with the lumbar support pillow. I highly recommend this product.

After one year of setting discomfort (middle back section) , trying out all types of chairs, and buying a new ergonomic chair. This thing finally saved my back! I leaned my chair back to around 135 degrees, add this thick cushion (flipped upwards), and the magic happened. Note: If your chair back does not tilt, this thick cushion might be to big for a correct setting posture. I hope this would be to anyone who is suffering the same issue.
