I didn't like its flavor

Years of leaky gut and histamine issues I finally have something I can tolerate and look forward to it being a staple in my life aside from carnivore. Taste is just enough, same as in store broth. Love it🤍, I drink it hot

After a co-worker recommended this bone broth to me, I decided to order my own. I've been using it for a month and have placed my second order, and signed up for the subscription. For the past 2 years I've Bern suffering with multiple issues such as joint pain, weight gain, skin that is sensitive to the touch, swollen legs and ankles, and more. I've seen doctors that can't figure what's going on, or thing in making up my symptoms. I've I've seen general practice, chiropractors, neurologists, acupuncturist, massage therapist, physical therapist, and even a gynecologist, with no results. Medications have minimal effect. It took a full container of this bone broth to feel the full effects. All I can say is WOW!!! I'm feeling so much better. I have been recommending this bone broth to family and friends. I can't wait to see what else this bone broth will do for me over time.

I have only been using this for a short while - I bought it to sustain myself through my liquid fast in prep for my bi-annual dry fast and then as part of my re-feed through liquids first. I didn’t think it was doing much for me at first, though I was not looking for immediate results, until I skipped a morning in my liquid fast (I was doing it in my tea at breakfast in the morning before work). Although I’d had a tea once I got to work, the lack of the bone broth was evident by my energy levels and crankiness that I (and those around me) had been fortunate enough to miss out on through the first several days of my liquid fast. It did leave me feeling like I had ingested a meal with regards to satisfaction (and some mild bloating, though the label does warn of this if you drink it too fast, and I started dragging it out over about thirty-forty five minutes). I’m not sure I’ve been on it long enough to notice if it is or isn’t helping pain related to my joints being inflamed, though fasting helps that anyway for me. I’m going to continue having it regularly, especially on my fasting days.

Two stars is purely for the Beef taste which was intolerable and I didn't take it long enough to see any health benefits. It mixed well but I put it in my Bullet never in tea or coffee. Someone suggested I put it in my beef recipes but this was something I wanted to use every day. I mixed it with vanilla protein powder and fruit to mask the taste but after a few weeks I just couldn't take it. The company refunded me and I gave it to a friend who's enjoying it! Because of my recent osteoporosis diagnosis, I was looking for something with Type 1, 2 and 3 Collagen because my research showed that was best and most collagen powders just have Type 1 and 3.

Not a bad choice for peptides and collagen taste awesome no side affects and easy to use. Wish the jar it came in was filled to the rim. But will buy again. I did feel healthier and no pain to talk about.
