Healthy Gut Capsules
This product is for the people that are really having issues with their stomach. I was experiencing a lot of discomfort and my brother suggested healthy Gut. I did not do the full does because I was not sure how the product was going to affect my current stomach issues so I only took 2 of the 3 capsules a day as recommended. Within about 3 or 4 days I was starting to see results with little to no discomfort anymore and since it promotes a healthy gut I would take it at night and it would definitely help move things along with morning duties at hand. ;) this is a great product and definitely recommend it to friends and family

Capsules good when can’t use powder
I usually take the Terra powder every day. The capsules are wonderful to take when not able to use powder.

The capsule needs to change
It could be 5 star but the capsule is gelatin is hard. I don't think stomach can break down that felt almost like plastic. I try open the capsule and it was hard like plastic. The company need use more like rice capsule or something gentle and vegetarian. Inside the capsule has good ingredients but the capsule suck that's why I gave 3 stars.

Pretty happy with these
I have tried different enzymes and so far, this is the one I like best so far. The capsules seem like they are make from good ingredients and, although I have never had any "game changer" moment from any of the enzymes I have tried, this one seems to be the best so far.
