Using this for mouse burrows
This thing fires up fast! Keep it away from you when lighting the fuse and wear fireproof gloves, because it will start smoking before the fuse is burnt even close to halfway. Trying to get rid of mice that appear to be entering home from under backyard concrete walkway. The smell is mighty and the smoke is thick. Works better on moist soil than dry soil.

Works great and fun to use. This is what you need to fix the gopher problem.
Works great and fun to use. Dig 5-6 inches into the entrance, until you find the main tunnel. Place several of the smoke-bombs in the tunnel in rapid succession (one after the other), the then seal up the hole. It is like lighting small sticks of dynamite. The gopher gasser is the only thing that worked for me. The poison worms don't work, so don't waste your time with those.

Hard to gauge effectiveness
Really impossible to say if these are effective in killing or deterring moles. All I can say is the moles remain.

Only worked for me if used in combination with a leaf blower
I used poison for a week and then 2 packages of gas flares in my yard without stopping new gopher mounds from being built as soon as the next day. The poison grain was put in the burrows with a commercial hollow metal probe for that purpose. The gas flares were used by probing a new mound to find the opening and then putting a lit gas flare in it and sealing it up. I then tried a different approach with the gas flares that was much more effective. After putting a lit gas flare in a newly dug hole, I put my leaf blower nozzle in the hole after the flare. I was amazed at the large number of dispersed areas in the yard that the white smoke came out of. By progressively sealing some of the escaping gas holes before the smoke stopped and repeating the procedure when the next new mound occurred, slowly but surely the number of mounds decreased in frequency and then finally stopped appearing.

Gopher's laugh at this product
Ive never given a bad review until now. So I used this product and as you can see the gopher pushed out the gasser and gave me the finger. After using 4 gassers, the gopher is still digging holes in my yard. That is why I gave rhis product a 1 star because it does daze the gopher for a day but then hes right back at it. Im I doing it wrong or is your product just that bad

“Chemical Warfare: 1, Moles: 0 (For Now)”
I’ve been in an all-out war with these little underground a-holes tearing up my yard. Traps didn’t work. Castor oil? Useless. So I finally said, “Enough is enough” — and went full chemical warfare with Amdro Mole Gas Bombs. Here’s the key: FIND THE MAIN RUN, not a random side tunnel. If you just pop one of these into a side trail, you’re basically giving the mole a smoke break. I took it to the next level and used my leaf blower to push the gas deeper into the tunnel system. Worked like a charm. You could see smoke coming up from multiple runs across the lawn — felt like I was flushing them out of a bunker. It’s not the most subtle solution, but if you’ve tried everything and you’re still losing turf, this stuff gives you the upper hand. Highly recommend for anyone tired of playing nice. Just don’t stand downwind.
