Used not new
I ordered a new Babyzen stroller, but it was definitely not new when it arrived… it was super dirty with food on the seat, under the seat, the wheel are very dirty and it looks like it has been used a lot….

It doesn’t work well
When we want to fold it, we could not able to do it easily

We’ve used this for a number of trips now and it is the best lightweight travel stroller. I love that it folds up and can be stored in the overhead bins on planes so you don’t have to gate check it. It also handles the cobblestones in Italy and beaches in Hawaii like a champ. There are a number of attachments, like the YoYo board that make it really convenient if you have more then one kid.

This is by far the best travel stroller there is. Yes it’s expensive but definitely worth the money! We got it as a second stroller when my daughter turned 2 for traveling mostly, and also for running errands with her. Super light to take out from the trunk and unfold and fold back, super light compared with other strollers. The ease of assembly and the size is definitely worth expending the money. The quality is great too!

Best investment for an international trip! Let’s you carry your child and extra stuff right into the airplane!

This stroller is exactly what we were searching for! We do quite a bit of traveling and our son recently grew out of the doona. We wanted another compact option. This folds up easily and is compact enough for me to carry comfortably. It’s very easy to maneuver due to it not being bulky. I purchased the leg extension which I’m glad I did, my sons legs would have been dangling. The back doesn’t lay completely flat but flat enough for naps on the go. The 5 point straps are padded and seem comfortable, my son didn’t complain at all when getting in/out. He enjoyed his time sight seeing from the stroller. I recommend!

I flew for the first time with this stroller and it is 1000% worth the hype. Initially, I was intimidated by the price tag. But being able to carry it on the plane, open 1-handed, etc while traveling solo with baby - it's all worth it. Just get it. This stroller has so much storage space when compared to a cheap, umbrella stroller. It's comfortable enough for baby to nap in at a recline. It's light weight and portable enough to take anywhere. I will be taking it on a cruise ship next month where I'm sure we'll use it daily. After our first trip with it, I have since ordered the add-on cup holder accessory. While strolling through the airport, I desired a cup holder. It was the missing piece.
