Quality at a fair price
Most of the tools in my toolbox were extras and hand-me-downs from family for emergency roadside fixes and/or light home repair work. As a result, many of them are of questionable quality and usually in some level of deterioration. I however got this in a gift set for Christmas and the quality difference from my original stuff was so dramatic that I actually went and purchased this size from the same company to have as an extra so I have one in my vehicle toolbox and one at home. They work well, are easy to exchange the sockets on because of the push-button release and changing the direction of ratcheting is as simple as flipping a switch on the back. Craftsman also has a lifetime warranty so that is very nice also. Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a fairly priced and quality product.

Better than snap on quality for a fraction of the price.
I use the ratchet on a daily basis, having had my snap on 1/4 drive repaired once it broke again (probably because they use cheap Chinese metal now) so I thought I'd just buy myself something different. I have a few craftsman tools and liked the look of this ratchet. Well impressed!! And made in the USA!!
