Barely use it sadly, but arrived as expected

I enjoyed the book; it is well structured; and I found enlighting to the civil law cultured

As a first year undergraduate law student, this book has impressed me by providing a clear account of English contract law. The set text preferred by my university is nowhere near the level of this book. It provides not only the basics, but goes into clear explanations as to what cases developed specific aspects of the common law, providing facts of cases and (surprisingly!) stays organised, not jumping from point to point, like many universities tend to teach this topic.Whether you're struggling or just want to top-up your understanding, this book will do the trick.

An excellent textbook for undergraduates and professionals. The writing is exceptionally clear and comprehensible, which is unusual to say of academic works. If more textbooks were like this the world would be a better place. This is the kind of book that can save people years of suffering, humiliation and failure.

This will get you through your Contract Law module. There are most likely other textbooks out there that are better, but this did a decent job for me in my first year at Uni.

Not a great author but the concepts are there and so are case references. I just find it a bit dry. (This is for my contract law class)

Brilliant book and in new condition when delivered.
