Definitely not steel, something that looks like graphite. They are light and flexible.

I have a question about the loft of the driver. on the callaway web sight it says it’s 12 degree, and on amazon it says it’s 10.5? what is it?

There is no indication of loft on the driver that came with the set, but I doubt my wife would have wanted a 12 degree driver. 10.5 is what she has used in the past.

Is it possible to get the ladies 16 piece Strata Ultimate set for left handers??

Unfortunately no because Callaway doesn't make it in left handed. They only make the regular Strata (Black/Pink) set in left handed for the Strata product line for ladies. You'd have to go with the Callaway Reva Set to be able to get it in Left Handed. It is about double the price however. There are not a lot of Left Handed ladies package set options in the same price range that anyone makes. The only option I can think of from a known brand is the Tour Edge Lady Edge Package Sets. Tour Edge makes these in Left Handed.
