If you want something easy to install, it is adjustable in a 360° way, as far as which way it points, and has a 180° range of angles that it can shine wherever it is pointed, with stability and diversity for many purposes, this is for you. They are in fact so versatile, that they allow me to use recessed light bulbs, that are compatible with my smart home, so they come out of the ceiling and point at the angle I want, in the direction I want, and instead of spending hundreds of dollars on key lights, Main lights, and back plates, I get a full Studio light setup for under $20 and these will know how the bulbs to be installed and come out of the recessed lighting but you need to for each socket and they look pretty cool

Easy to use, very adjustable with great stability (doesn't wiggle or jiggle with the wind), great quality, appearance is awesome (metal and some plastic). Light weight. Yes I'm very happy with this extension.
