here some feedback as item was ordere for two different people, one in S and one in M, but both sizes are challenging, in ref to below points: 1) item was ordered as per dimension chart, in size S, but the front closure under the breast line and tummy is ending up very tight. Item was also ordered in size M, also based on dimension chart, but the closure too, is tight below the breast line and on the tummy. both peoople varry a little, hence the size S and M was chosen, based on your dimenion chart. 2) the closure mechanism will damage the elastic over time and wear out the elastic. for size M, the closure sling might be longer, but the valcro is longer, and damaging the item, it was even already damaged on receipt, as valcro is strong 3) Item was ordered for a petite person usually wearing between XS and S (hence size S), small height and small weight, as in relation to your size/ dimension chart, but its not usable. Same applies to your size M, for the 2nd person, it was ordered based on your given dimension chart, but again, it is to tight. 4) Further, although it is tight on the front closure, the shoulders are not correcting enough towards the back for better posture, which is the main purpose of this item. 5) Material might be ok, and the finishing of the stitching, but usability vs price & practicallity and all over need is failed and is in no relation. if it does not serve the purpose to correct posture, whats the point of wearing it ? This feedback, is mainly based on your dimensions, design and funcationality, and has nothing to do with the workmenship of the person producing it. Please keep this in mind. Its a review of the item.

We used it for upper back and shoulders

I wore this for a couple hours last night before bed and for a few hours this morning. I took it off during work today and noticed a significant difference in my posture. I was standing up straight without actively thinking about it which I have never been able to do in my 28 years! It does get to be uncomfortable after a while but since it helps when I'm not wearing it, I can just take it on and off throughout the day. For the first time ever, my back didn't hurt at work! For size reference, I am 5'5 and 125 pounds and ordered a medium, so I'd say it runs pretty small but the size guide seems accurate. Also of note: in the instructions that come with it, it says not to drive while wearing it because it restricts the ability to move your arms a bit (not enough to be annoying but would be a safety hazard driving). So if you're looking for something to help while you're driving, this isn't it. I have a relatively short commute so that isn't an issue for me.
