Useful and so very practical slow cooker , easy and simple to use nothing really complicated. Just have to set up the timer and then the temperature to high , low or warm. Also this slow cooker has a big capacity ideally for large family or can be used to cook for few days . I like the fact that is easy to clean after as the pot can be removed from the base so easy to wash . My wife cooked a whole chili for dinner at took approx 3 1/2 in slow and was absolutely lovely , also cocker some rice and was simple and quick and delicious. I so recommend this slow cooker, won’t regret!

This is an effective and simple to use slow cooker that can accommodate large portions. Good: + The pot can be removed from the base and used on a regular hob. + It has a large capacity relative to other slow cookers I've used, so it's ideal for preparing large family meals or lunch for the week. + The controls are really simple: just a choice of warm, low or high temp settings and a timer. + Comes with a wee recipe book. Mediocre: = The pot doesn't appear to work with induction hobs, based on the description. = The curried chicken I prepared has typically taken about 6hrs on low in the other slow cookers I've used, but it was a little overdone in 4hrs with this one. I have a feeling it's because the portion size is smaller than the cooker is designed for. I need to experiment checking on it after 3hr or so. The larger meals have been more in line with my expectations. Bad: Nothing really, though it may have competition at this price point.
