Q: Where can i get materials to make some of the sushi in the pdf?

Really, any major grocery store, I purchased my items at Kroger. But check to see if there's a local "Asian Market" nearby, as well. In Houston, we have the Hong Kong Market and the China Market (huge!). Just make sure that you get "sushi" rice and vinegar. If you can't find the vinegar, there are *hundreds* of recipes for it online/youtube; www.allrecipes.com/recipe/218877/the-perfect-simplified-sushi-vinegar Happy cooking : )
