Great taste, organic plant based, low sugar and no post drink bloating
I like the taste of this protein powder, it's digestibility (non bloating effect) and its clean organic plant based protein base as well as the low amount of added sugars. As someone who has taken protein supplements for 20 years+, I've tried countless brands and flavors and I highly recommend this brand!

The absolute BEST protein powder I have ever had
Alright, I'll start off by saying this is the BEST protein powder I have ever had. I have tried multiple brands (big and small, MLM or bought at target) and a lot I have trashed. I have a degree in nutrition and fitness, I'm a wife, a boy mom chef, a very busy online nutrition and fitness professional.I don't have time for crappy products. I don't want to be eating or drinking them, I won't recommend them to my clients and I certainly won't give them to my kids or family. Thankfully this product hit the amazing mark in everything.1. The plant protein sources; pea, flax, quinoa, pumpkin and chia. Pea protein is an awesome source of protein along with the carbs we want. Flax and chia are great sources of omega 3's (which we all need more of since we are typically high in omega 6 which causes inflammation), Chia seeds are perfect for adding in additional fiber into our diets with very little effort. Quinoa is the perfect mix of protein and good carbs and pumpkin is amazing for our reproductive health - women and men!2. The awesome enzyme blend; amylase, protease, lipase, lactase, and cellulase. Protease which digests protein.Amylase digests carbohydrates. Lipase for fats and oils digestion. Lactase which digests dairy products. And cellulase that converts glucose. Who wouldn't want this in their protein shake?3. The sweet stuff. Organic agave, Organic Coconut Sugar, Stevia, Monk Fruit. Perfect blend of sweet without being too sweet and a bonus because it doesn't upset any of the little bellies in my home.4. The fruit and vegetable blend they have formulated is perfect! It leaves no grit, even with foods like quinoa and seeds being in it. It blends perfectly, super smooth, cooks well, freezes in other foods well, isn't clumpy, and it's $39? People pay $200+ for a shake that doesn't taste half as good and is loaded with things that can cause a lot of GI distress. I would easily pay $200 for this shake. They batch test their own products..no weird, sketchy other company needed. If something is too high - the ditch it!5. This one is pretty important. Their customer service is amazing! I work in an industry where client relations is SO important and these guys nailed it with their team. They've answered tons of questions for me and have been so kind!I ordered the Vanilla to try first - but I love it so much I know that the chocolate will be just as good if not better! I'll be ordering that tonight. Happy to say I will never have to try or search for another protein powder again! I will 100% be recommending this to ALL of my clients, family, friends and anyone I know because I love it that much!

One of the better plant protein powder I’ve had and I’ve tried many!
Tastes and smells good, nutrient dense and clean ingredients. Less bloating since it’s not whey. Big plus for the added fruit and veggies, vitamin and minerals in the mix and NO SOY!Yes, it is a little grainy. But if you’re familiar with plant based protein, you’ll know that almost all of them are going to have a little grit. The grit from this comes from the ground chia seeds, flaxseeds and quinoa and not from the actual pea protein itself (you can see around the rim of the shake what I’m talking about). Honestly, I don’t mind it because it almost reminds me of the texture of what a crumble would have on top of a blueberry muffin. Even though there is some graininess, it still mixes well more than other plant proteins I’ve had. Just use a really good shaker bottle. If you still find it too grainy for your taste, the best way to help would be to blend it.One other downside is that although the overall taste is good, there’s a bit of a vitamin/mineral aftertaste that’s not my favorite. A few ways to fix this:Tip: Try mixing it with a plant milk instead of water. My photo shows one scoop of protein mixed with oat milk. It tastes better and gives it a creamier consistency. If you want to go the extra mile - I also tried it with oat milk, frozen blueberries, a touch of vanilla, ice and if you’re feeling up for it, a scoop of vanilla coconut milk ice cream. SO GOOD and takes away from the vitamin aftertaste.

Who knew Protien Powder could help save my relationship my my teenage son!
So my 14 year old son comes home after watching a documentary at school on slaughterhouses and announces he is Vegan!... I’m totally a meat and cheese lover and to me this was soul crushing but I always try to support his decisions even when I think it’s nuts. I started preparing vegan alternatives for him and I found that he was dropping way to much weight he looked almost gaunt and I told him this phase was done he needed protein. So instead of listening to me he mentioned what if I take protein powder. It seemed reasonable enough so the search for protein powder began. I started with a power that was twice the amount of this product and 1/2 the size not only that it claimed to be vegan yet contained egg whites in the ingredients! I of course said it’s no big deal but to my son he was devastated he had ingested a lie. So I went through 2 more powders and a lot of money and guess what both claiming to be vegan contained things like dehydrated honey for flavoring (not vegan friendly) and the other one tasted so bad even when mixining it into pancake mix and covering in syrup couldn’t mask the taste. I had literally had it then my son came to me and said mom look I did the leg work myself and I researched all the ingredients and read the reviews on this power and if it doesn’t work I will think about just being a vegetarian but my heart knows I’m a vegan, to top it off he even offered to pay for this one (I didn’t make him pay)... but I will admit I was skeptical for 2 reasons. #1 the price seemed too reasonable compaired to others on the market and #2 others had claimed to taste good and be totally vegan yet when they arrived some of the ingridents provided in original description been omitted. In the end I purchased the KOS protein powder to show my son that I tired really hard to be supportive of this huge lifestyle change but I was under no illusions it would be the answer. TO MY AMAZMENT KOS PROTIEN POWDER WAS IN FACT THE ANWSER!... First of all the bottle is huge!! It’s not like one of those that is packaged to look big and then you open it and the powder is only filled half way up and the scoop is the size of a full cup per Serving it was full of powder and the scoop was perfect! Then came the real test. I made pancakes for breakfast and... he asked for seconds! I have hesitated on posting on this in order to be completely transparent after all it could have just been luck and the pancake mixture masked the flavor but then I made protein bars and muffins and guess what I’m ordering another bottle in vanilla flavor and I have found other recipes that will allow me to even branch out and buy the chocolate too! My son will be home later and I want to get a picture of him with the protien becasue he is soo happy that he is following his heart and embracing the vegan lifestyle and I am happy that I found the most amazing protien powder in size flavor and cost to help support his convictions!! I would give it 1000 stars if I could.
