Q: Minor question: Just received the product. When you re-apply cream, must you wash off previous application, or apply on top of previous application?

No need to wash off the previous application. Also, you may want to refrigerate the cream prior to use as this make the ingredients more potent and gives a more soothing relief.

Q: Product received was damaged; lid broken in half and exposing cream possibly making it unsafe. What can be done?

If you purchased this item through Amazon, then, I would think you could return with the explanation you just gave. They do have a return policy. I hope this helps.

Q: Since it has cannabis sativa seed oil, will this be detected in a drug test? Dont want to lose my job.

No cannabis shown on my label. The only seed listed is Cacao seed butter. It certainly doesn't get you high.

Q: Can I use for dry skin?? Not related to shingles
