Good sleep & mild anxiety aid .
This or valeriana root definitely aid sleep. Saffron also helps with mild anxiety . Happy with brand .

Scientifically proven strength saffron
Having taken competitor saffron previously and benefiting from the effects (decreased anxiety) I wanted to try a slightly less expensive option so tried these. These contain the scientifically proven concentration of saffron bioactives to be effective and I can say I’ve noticed the same benefits that I got from the original source. You take one pill in the AM and one in the PM. Capsules are quite large but you could add them to a drink if you’re not happy swallowing them. They work on serotonin levels and reduce cortisol hence helping to control anxiety.

Probably good for mild symptoms
Seems like a good quality product, just not sure of the effects, don’t think it was strong enough to help my son with ADHD.

Purchased for my elderly mother who is unable to take prescription antidepressants and St John's Wort From the very first dose she felt clear er in her head, she was able to get a good nights sleep and her anxiety has been greatly reduced. She no longer spends her waking hours with worry and at bedtime she is able to relax her brain and get a decent relaxed rest Highly recommend this product and will certainly buy again

Good Saffron Complex
The importance of saffron for various health conditions is well documented. This product is well thought through as Saffron is best taken in conjunction with other synergistic water soluble compounds i.e.Choline and Quercetin. Also, it contains 15mg Affron per capsule which is a standardised form of Saffron and the dose is high enough to be effective.
